My husband and me were going us for three months.thats why we visited the airtel office for keep our airtel postpaid numbers and broadband connection in to safe custody.For phone they charge 500rs for keeping it in safe custody.
When we came back and visited the airtel office.They said your postpaid number is disconnected instead of safe custody so it will take 15 days to provide you a number and we have to check that number is available or not.Also when we asked for broadband connection they said you have not given any request for safe custody so you have to pay the bill for 3 months to make it reactivated again..we asked them why we paid 3000 rs when we havent use a single byte.afer a long discuession they said we will do a settlement and you have to pay half of the bill.we have not left with any way so we paid 1500 rs.and they said your service will be activated in 4 working hours.We came home but we have not found our service activated after 4 hours.we called the customer care then they said its not showing your payment yet so you have to wait another 4 hours.then we waited for another 4 hours but it was not activated we call them again.they said now it will be activated next morning within four working hour.we wait whole night and face immense loss to our buisness.but it was not activated next morning also.we again called them..again the same answer four working hour.we were not having any solution other than wait.which was giving us frusturation and tension also.But 2nd day also gone without any service.on the thrd day we were in great frusturation and asking them to give a solution and after a long time they said your service cant be activated becuase you have not made the payment.we told them everything but they were not able to understand our situation.then we again visited the airtel office and paid remaining 1500.after doing the payment they activated our service.

beucase of this fistly we were forced to made the payment od 3000 which we have not used three months.then instead of telling the correct situation cutomer care were misguiding us.beucase of that we spent so much money on mobile.apart of this we faced loss in our work for three days and mental frustration.
also we lost our old mobile numbers with 1000 rs which we paid for safe custody.and buy the new number from vodafone which again cost us more than 1000rs
is there any any solution for this.or they people will keep using us like this.
please please do something for these kind of situations

    Please write in detail to the airtel nodal officer of your state/region. You can get the FAX/email of the airtel nodal officer by searching on the net.
