Reliance Billing Issue

Hello Sir/Ma\’am,

I am TININ from Mumbai.
I don\’t know much about the consumer protection act or consumer forum.
If you can help me I\’ll be grateful.

Issue :
I purchased Netconnect 1x from Reliance WebWorld gallery for 1month unlimited net access.
It\’s a prepaid connection. Till now i recharged my account three times in 5 months.
Reliance disconnects my net connection around 15 – 25 days.
I tried complaining Webworld, Customerservice, Nodal Office and Applette office but i won\’t get good response or any response from Applete division.
I got all my Recharge and purchase bill leaving one Rs. 50 recharge.

They only says there is a pending balance in my account. When asks why there is a pending balance they won\’t give any response they just say you need to recharge with Rs. 50, 100, 200 Or 300 (It varies always)
And in email they mentioned “Pending balance might be due to Callertune, VAS or |R-Connect)
I\’m using netconnect modem, I havent used this facility and when purchased this product no one advised me about this extra charges.

From last 5 month i\’m really tired by contacting reliance communication.
When I asks for Refund for the equipment due to service i received they says I cannot get refund this my equipment. If I cannot use this equipment anywhere else without there connection. It\’s like they are forcing there equipment.

I made this complaint to webworld department and Customer service within the 1 month of the purchase of the equipment.

They assured me issue has been resolved but it\’s not. It\’s really frustating.

I also send a letter to webworld which i got a stamp on the copy of the letter.
It\’s more than a week now i haven\’t received any response for the letter.
I\’ll appreciate your response.

    We will forward your complaint to the relevant deptt. and see what we can do. Could you also put your netconnect sim number or some identification number for the SIM.
