haryana roadways bus conductors behave rudely with passengers

Sir,
This is for your informatiion and action that haryana roadways staff behave rudely with passengers and do not co-operate at all. I was travelling from ambala to yamunanagar on 22/6/09 and I was not well. So i lay on the seat as the bus was empty with few passengers. However the conductor told me to get up and go to the back in a very rude manner. He said \’Teree Kya Jaan Nikal gayee hai, tere baap ki bus thoda hai. Chal uth ke seedha baith Ja\’ in a very rude tone and insulted me in front of the passenger. please take action against the bus conductor.
