Land owenership

My Grand father buy a land in 1977 from the last 30 yrs we are staying on that land.but as per Govt revenue records still the owener is vender.we dont have the regustration papers but we have Court order (Degree).please advise me how to change owener ship.
Kindly write in detail about the court order. What is the order. when did you file the case, against whom etc. This detail is needed to suitably answer your query.
