Airtel take money from my bank account without my permission

Dear sir, two times airtel transferred money from my bank account number 30014062312 state bank of India Vepery branch Chennai without my knowledge by ECS service but I do not have any Ecs for Airtel account number11297713. This Airtel account numbers not my account. In this account there is no my name and not my phone numbers.

Airtel transferred AS PER MY BANK STATEMENT [for reference I sent bank statement copy, asserted by bank manager] on 17th January 2009 Rs-1329-00 and again on 10th of feb2009 Rs 2504 -00. I ALREADY SENT ONE BANK STATEMENT COPY BUT NO RESPONSE.

Several times I complaints on airtel costumers service and sent e mail but there is no any response.

No body has right to take money from my bank account with out my permission,

Airtel can check my Ecs activation form than Airtel find out, who, s this mistakes

If Airtel not re credit Rs-1329+2504=3843-00 in my bank account [ not in my Airtel account ] I will with draw my all Airtel services .My Airtel services are Broadband,04442758174,9940117845,04442758174,9952098545. These all services are I will with draw if Airtel not re credit my amount in my bank account.
