Airtel’s poor customer services

I have been a regular user of Airtel postpaid number in Chennai. The customer services in this region do not exist or could be negative to say. On roaming the missed call services don’t work and I was not been able to receive incoming calls for a month. I called up the customer care and made complains but in vain. My mother was hospitalised, apart from that I was away from work . This kind of thing caused such a mental harrassment.I had told the exceutives while filing this complain that if this does not get solved I’m not paying the bills. However they were very unconcerned. Even on coming back when I tred to resolve the issue I was given a complain number but there has been no follow up till date. If this is the kind of service levels Airtel provides I really doubt how long is it going to survive. Let mobile number portability come in and let airtel see the game then
