Hi,
I am a BB and land line customer with Airtel. In the past 3 months, my landline became dead 4 times. First it was for 3 days, second time for 2 days, third time for 1 day and last which is still continuing since 08/11/09 (today is 10/11/09). I calld up when line became dead for the first time and was told that I will be compensated. Nothing happended, i calld up again when the problem reoccured and was told that it will be definitely compensated for this along with the first complain but as usual nothing happened. I then started communicating them via e-mail but they are complete idiots. After getting many of their replies, I felt that people are not readin the e-mails and just replying. I asked for the e-mail address of CEO after this but they simply stopped responding then again after writing them 4-5 times, they replied again saying everything is correct and no discrepancy on the bills. My main objective for taking their service was for BB. I have to use my mobile to call them which is not free. I am in touch with their engg Sujit frm the past 2 days to get the current problem rectified and he keep on saying it will be done by today evening and now saying will be done by tomorrow evening.
I was a 6 year postpaid mobile cst with them aswell which ultimately i had to clos down because of having similar problem. Airtel dos not bother about its customers at all. It is definitely the worst service provider and gov should take action against them.
I am escalating this matter to the electronic media as well in the next few days time.

Airtel have worst customer service. I closed my post paid because of that.
