I am the customer of Airtel I m using prepaid no.-9996481231. I m from Haryana.
I am getting network problems,and message sending problems so i filed a complaint many times.But can’t get any response and not any cmplaint no. they said that ur complaint is resolved but i cant find any improvement.
One day i called ur customer care center ,the customer care executor is misbehaving he said that the Co. is improving 3G facilities so there is update so u r getting problems.So i saidthat i m getting many problem he said that it is no. 1company u cant know our problems so i said that its ur problem he said that then u change ur network if u r not satisfied its unbelievable if u cant resolve then what the eason u r surviving in market…
Please take serious action on this complaint.
