Name: Shuchita Joshi

Company: Vodafone

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recharged my Vodafone prepaid mobile through internet banking of ICICI bank twice .At that time a Pop-up message was displayed for successful payment but still there is no recharge amount is transferred to my mobile. Here I am giving you the details of the same: Transaction ID 0096430819, amount Rs. 50 for both the time. I have spoken with Vodafone’s customer care so many times but they are denying to lodge a complaint even they are trying to make me fool also. I am really unhappy with Vodafone customer care’s response. It may be treated as harassment.
In View of above facts it is requested you to please take necessary action so that I can get my recharge amount back and also I can trust on payment gateway through internet banking facility.
Earnestly waiting for your response .

    Please follow the following procedure

    1. Send a notice to the opposite party giving him/her time limit to settle your grievance. This is however not compulsory.

    2. Prepare the consumer complaint by writing your grievance. Quote bill no item detail etc. Attach bills. Also attach photocopies of cheques through which payment has been made etc if you have them. Attach photocopies of warranty card, other supporting documents that you may have.

    3. Get the complaint affidavit attested by a notary.

    4. Make required number of photocopies.

    5. Prepare a bank draft from a nationalized bank or postal order from post office to pay the court fees. Fees is Rs 100 for one lac 200 for two lac depending on your claim.

    6. Submit the complaint and court fee to the receiving clerk in the consumer court who will give you the date for admission hearing and a reference number of the complaint.

    7. Alternatively you may hire a lawyer for fighting your case. Or you can go to the homepage of this site consumerpain[dot]com and look for more information on filing the case.
