I purchased skoda fabia in april 2008 and within five months the car AC started giving me problem. I sent it to service center they siad they fixed the car but nothing happened.
Again in the summers eason the AC has started giving problem this time itw ent to different service center and they are not responding me back. I hve written several emails to the company and they revert me back after 2 – 3 days but nothing is happening with car they write back an appologitic mail.
Please help me I have only this car to drive and the company is harassing me!!!
Ok. Then maybe you should file a case in the consumer court against the dealer and the company. You have the records of efforts you have made in form of mails and phone calls. And you can also make a claim for mental harassment on the basis of faulty product, numerous visits to the service centres and no response to phones emails etc
Harsh do u think i havent contacted skoda authorities and the officials I can give u the names and the designations of the concerned officials whom have contacted, they do nothing they call and shamelessly appologise thats all they do and not their job!!!!
I write mails to them they do not revert. they call once appologise and do not give any report for the car and then they disappear for days until my next mail!!!!
