no response of agri loans

my dad apply tractor loan in sbi coimbatore veerakeralam branch(tn) in dec2008they give the demand DD to the Abirami tractors cbe but my dad was death in april2009 igive the letter to the bank &head off also.tractor dealer not give tractor.in bank they ask only to put sigh for the dad loan. upto date there is no letter from bank &no response about the DD.they are haarshing you could not fight with bank you talk with tractor dealer only.idon’t want tractor at this time because my father was not there .so iwant my doucuments which one give in the bank. please help me
