I have a double door Samsung refrigerator Model: RT29YBMS1/XTL purchased on 1 st May 2009 from e-Zone Indiranagar, Bangalore.. The refrigerator door has manufacturing defect (bottle guard is missing). To get a replacement for the same, I have logged a call on 18 Mayl, 2009. I have got acknowledgement SMS with BP Number 8410461233 for the same as well. With repeated follow up since then, there has been no escalation path and every time there is a standard answer “you will be getting a call from concerned department and the same will be replaced in 15 Days” ! Its 70 days now after paying full I am forced just waiting. How to trust Samsung now??. It looks Samsung is wasting my warranty by giving such answer..It is a harassing case and I do not have any escalation path within Samsung left and hence raising this in this forum
