Last month i have shifted to Mumbai. I have booked 1of Packers & Movers to moved my house hold from Hyderabad to Mumbai. As decided i have paid them 80% at the time of loading & 20% was balance for to pay on delivery. As promised they suppose to give a delivery within 2days, which they have been failed to do due to me & my family has suffered. Coz i have moved to Mumbai on very same day of loading. At the time of loading forcefully they have asked us to take insurance where is it’s not compulsory still we have agreed & paid insurance. I have to back of them for delivery. At last They have sent it on 5 day. But then also they have tortured me to pay balance 20% before unloading that to in cash (as decided need to pay by cheque) which i have denied. At last they have agreed for unloading & I have given them a cheque of balance amount. I have noticed that 1 box is missing. where is my 1 box was missing & certain things are damaged like Godreg Cupbord, Fridge, Glass, Computer Table etc.. The tempo driver has told me that the particular box was not loaded from their Hyderabad godawn only, still they have asked driver to take as it is. They have told me that box is there at Hyderabad Go dawn & they send me in next 4-5 days & also compensate the damage. But as i have lost trust on them I have stopped cheque issued to them of balance amount, & told them that as I will receive my box & compensation for damage I’w pay them imm in cash. Now they are just ready to return my box & not bother to reply. They have denied to return my missing box or compensation for the same including damage goods. What shall I need to do as the amount of my loss is higher than what I need to pay them.
Kindly advice ASAP.

Dear Sir,
With reference to the mentioned subject, I was submitted my PF claim form to M/s Midland Corporation on 2 year before, but I was not getting any proper feedback from them. Also when I personally meet the midland for PF claim, I observe that our PF claim not yet submitted to the PF office. So we again send our original PF claim Form to Midland through register ad on 3 March 9, 2010.
I resign this company long back, but still our PF claim not yet submitted to you, We are request you to kindly withdrawal our PF amount and take necessary action against M/s Midland Corporation.
We are enclosed our copy of PF withdrawal form duly sign by employee of midland corporation, copy of register ed, copy of mail which we were follow-up with them, mail copy of mail send to PF office for follow-up, company leaving letter accepted by me, copy of my salary statement of last month (before leaving company).
We hope that you will take the necessarily action and we will receive our PF amount at the earliest.

I am from kerala.I go to mumbai every year to purchase goods for my shop.I stay in a hotel called Hotel New Bengal in VT.My date of stay was planned from 26th June to 2nd July.My train got diverted on the way with some route problem in konkan and i could reach there only on 27th early morning.i had informed them on 25th itself that i will reach on 26th only but still they deducted the money.I saod ok..then after reaching their i had to leave back to kerala as my mom was not well.They charged me the next days charge of 3000 .I stayed for just one day and thety chared me for 3 days .the day before and day after.and my remaining 6000 they said will be giving me only after 1 month.what dhould i do

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am staying in the same flat for 2 years. The broker is demanding brokerage (commission) every year. This is not legal as his duties are over when he showed the flat first time and took one time brokerage, but he is taking brokerage every year.
If i refuse to pay the brokerage then the broker can say to leave the flat.
Though i know the owner very well but he has his own constraints for renting the flat. So he will agree with the broker.
Is there any law to protect the tenant? What should i do as i don’t want to change the flat every year.
Broker has taken brokerage two times in two years. First when he showed us the flat and made first agreement (1.5 months rent as brokerage + 500 Rs (paper work + police work)).
Second after first year for renewal (1 month rent as brokerage + 500 Rs)
I want you to please look into the matter so that builders and agents (brokers) don’t loot the people their hard earned money. Please help me and others out as it is creating extra pressure to give money to somebody without any reason. It is blackmailing from them. Is there any rule or any body that can protect citizens from these kind of people.

we purchased a labrador from a vet .he promised us a genuine dog along w/a certificate n microchip.now after a year he gave us a certificate n microchip which does not belong to our dog.also just last month we found out that our dog has a genetic diesease called hip dyplasia.pls advise what step can be taken against the vet.
