Please write an application addressed to the SHO of your areas police station stating that this guy abused you physically for three years under the false promise of marriage. This is enough to get an FIR registered. There have been numerous cases where courts have held that if a person has physical relations with a woman by making a false promise of marriage, it is to be considered as rape. But please hire a good lawyer (not essentially an expensive lawyer).
