Sub: PF Claim submission and complaint

Dear Sir,

With reference to the mentioned subject, I was submitted my PF claim form to M/s Midland Corporation on 2 year before, but I was not getting any proper feedback from them. Also when I personally meet the midland for PF claim, I observe that our PF claim not yet submitted to the PF office. So we again send our original PF claim Form to Midland through register ad on 3 March 9, 2010.

I resign this company long back, but still our PF claim not yet submitted to you, We are request you to kindly withdrawal our PF amount and take necessary action against M/s Midland Corporation.

We are enclosed our copy of PF withdrawal form duly sign by employee of midland corporation, copy of register ed, copy of mail which we were follow-up with them, mail copy of mail send to PF office for follow-up, company leaving letter accepted by me, copy of my salary statement of last month (before leaving company).

We hope that you will take the necessarily action and we will receive our PF amount at the earliest.

My Provident fund account no. 12702/67, i was resigned in the year 2007, pf office they are informing no information are having related to my account, but in my school nobody taking proper action. i was resigned 3 years back no action taken till now. pl take necessar action as early as possible

They have general partnership deed and is not regsitered.

Also for last 3 years the company has not prepared statement of accounts and Balance sheet. As and when required they use to withdraw the money.

im divorced legally and have a daughter i met a guy n we fell in love he introduced me to his parents as well and guy knew everything about my past i never lied to him but he did not tell his parents about it and the guy and his parents promised me for marriage an we were having physical relation for 3years and even his parents were involved and promised there son will get married to me guy told me that let him settle down 1st with good job an then will marry but after 3years they all backed out with there words and left me now I have made complaint against him and his parents rape ,extortion and false promises for marriage I have not yet register but nee d to know few strong points to add-in a complaint for cheating me with false promises of marriage and hurt me and my daughter to the core and I will fight for my rights the guy is Muslim and I am Hindu what more I can do.Please help me

Sir, i want to do some part time work of online advertising for different companies.this work i will get by a consultancy company,which will work as mediator.now they will pay me through paypal.for this i shall have to creat a paypal account,by which money will transfer in my bank account and for this, they will ask for some personal information.so,i want to receive this money by legal way.so i want to know that is it any fraud possible in this type of payment.how can i receive money without fraud.
