This is to inform you that i mr.Gnaneswar Rao worked in nampally vyayamshala at Nampally, Hyderabad for 5 years. My Provident fund account no. 12702/67, i was resigned in the year 2007, pf office they are informing no information are having related to my account, but in my school nobody taking proper action. i was resigned 3 years back no action taken till now. pl take necessar action as early as possible

I had sent some documents through DTDC from Ajmer, Rajasthan. As it was an International courier, I had asked them to send it through DHL. I had sent the documents on 20th May 2010. I was not able to track the consignment till 24th May. Then I was informed that the consignment is still in Jaipur which is only 135 kms away. Late on i was again told that they had sent the courier by TNT as DHL refused to take the consignment. It has been 12 days and the consignment has still not been delivered.
kindly advice.

One of my friend is in partnership business from last 3 years. Now he wants to retire from the partnership.
They have general partnership deed and is not regsitered.
Also for last 3 years the company has not prepared statement of accounts and Balance sheet. As and when required they use to withdraw the money.
In such cases can you help us with propoer Retirement Deed keeping my friends interest in his favor.

Dear Sir,
During my resignation period I had submitted all the relevant details to the co for claim of my EPF. Further to my surprise I have come to know that Co. for last financial yr i.e. 2008-2009 and also 2009-2010(from April – Sept) have not deposited EPF. My EPF No. AP/22276/93. I dont have any concrete proof. Even the other employees who are presently working are scared of the management to talk to me and give relevant details.
Further it is now more then six months and Head of the company (Managing Director) always gives reply “some problem has cropped up and matter will resolved very soon and also I shall hear from them very soon.) Managing Director is not ready to give me any concrete date.
Further I cheked the status of the claim online, it says my claim has not been submitted yet to PF office.
In this case how am I supposed to claim my EPF.
If not mistaken a company has not paid PF office isnt the co. liable for penalty or some punishment.

im divorced legally and have a daughter i met a guy n we fell in love he introduced me to his parents as well and guy knew everything about my past i never lied to him but he did not tell his parents about it and the guy and his parents promised me for marriage an we were having physical relation for 3years and even his parents were involved and promised there son will get married to me guy told me that let him settle down 1st with good job an then will marry but after 3years they all backed out with there words and left me now I have made complaint against him and his parents rape ,extortion and false promises for marriage I have not yet register but nee d to know few strong points to add-in a complaint for cheating me with false promises of marriage and hurt me and my daughter to the core and I will fight for my rights the guy is Muslim and I am Hindu what more I can do.Please help me
